La Fresca was born from a shared dream between Yosniel Cabré Mayor and Hiran Febles Fonseca, two passionate food lovers with very different yet complementary backgrounds. With roots in metalwork, construction, and cooking, their journey led them to explore food preparation and gastronomic culture in various places, learning techniques and flavors that today are part of their identity.
After training in pintxo preparation in Pozuelo de Alarcón and perfecting their culinary art in different corners, they decided to bring their vision to San Sebastián. This is how La Fresca was born: a wine bar that is also a pintxos and tapas bar, where quality products, a great atmosphere, and innovation come together in every dish and every glass served.
Since its opening on October 27, 2023, La Fresca has become a meeting point for those seeking authentic flavors, a good glass of wine, and a unique gastronomic experience. Here, the caramelized Spanish omelette is enjoyed with a fine wine, and every tapa tells a story.
