With roots in metalwork, construction, and cooking, their journey led them to explore food preparation and gastronomic culture in various places, learning techniques and flavors that today are part of their identity.<\/span><\/div>\t<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"  style=\"height: 20px\" ><span\n\t\t\tclass=\"vc_empty_space_inner\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"empty_space_image\"  ><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"custom_font_holder\" style=\"font-family: Work Sans; font-size: 20px; line-height: 30px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 500; text-decoration: none; letter-spacing: 0px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After training in pintxo preparation in Pozuelo de Alarc\u00f3n and perfecting their culinary art in different corners, they decided to bring their vision to San Sebasti\u00e1n.
